It was a nice cool Saturday morning in a little residence within Brooklyn, New York.  On the second landing of a small apartment, two roommates were sleeping tight resting up for their weekly activity as their alarm clock continuously ticked.  It soon reached 8:00 AM in the morning where the alarm made a loud ring waking up William and Maxwell, they just went by Will and Max for short.

"ZZZ-ZZZ-Hngggh- Hit the snooze!" Max snorted out as he tried to reach the alarm with his eyes still closed.

Maxwell was always kind of lazy, though was very observant of his surroundings and planned ahead very well.  He would tend to follow his logical sense.  If he was cold, he would warm up, if he was sad, he would find a way to get himself out of depression.  His head was thin, had fairly shaggy hair, and wore a round pair of glasses.

Will made a huge yawn and slowly opened his eyes.  William was one to always get on top of things.  He was often referred to as the early bird in the workplace mainly because he ended up there first on a regular basis.  It was a way for him to feel alive and accomplished at what he does.  He was also adventurous trying out new ideas even if they hold the risk of interfering with the current plans.  He was a rather skinny, but healthy person.  His head was somewhat large bearing a goatee and small curls at the back of his hair.  He also wore a pair of square-shaped glasses he would put on right when he got up.

"Wow, it's 8:00 already?" He said rubbing his eyes.  "Well, someone has to get up and make our lunches so we can go for our weekly stroll, it really helps us to relieve our stress from work as opposed to sitting home all day" Will said as he got up and stretched.  "You can sleep for a little while I get prepared, but no later then 8:15" He said setting the alarm a little further back for Max.

Max at that point was already knocked out cold snoring loudly.  Will made a giggle as he started to get his motion aligned from awakening and went for the shower.  It was a rather cozy, yet small apartment and the room was appropriate for two people.  It had the standard living utilities that made both Will and Max happy with their life.

Will finished his shower and made a breakfast for himself.  Soon enough, it was 8:15 and the alarm sounded again.

"RIIING----RIIING----RIIING" Will heard from the other room and shouted over "I'm not setting that back for you again, this time you need to get up!"  Will turned on the coffee maker quickly after saying that

"ugh, late night gaming" Max moaned again as he made a yawn.  "Make me some coffe... Please!?" he said as he yawned and headed for the shower.

"I'll have it ready for you when you get out!" Will shouted again.  As the coffee finished, Will poured a cup for both of them and started making sandwiches for lunch.  Max shortly after got out of the shower, dressed and his hair still wet.

"Thank you" Max said as he drank his coffee.  Will just continued to get ready as Max ate.  "So, you said you found a new area for us to go?" Max asked.  "It's just a small forest I've never noticed before.  I'm not sure of what we'll see there, but it'll be a nice experience for both of us" Will responded to Max.  "something ne-- huh?" Max said swallowing a bit of his coffee "Maybe I should go get my camera set up."  "Heh heh, go ahead" Will said as he finished getting packed and headed for the wooden door waiting till Max got ready.

After Max got ready, the two descended down the stairs leaving the apartment.  Though the air was rather polluted, it was a rather nice day in Brooklyn.  The air felt a little more refreshing then it usually was.  The city scenery was always rather nice and the Brooklyn Bridge was always a pleasant sight for both of them.

"SO..." Max said with emphasis "It is close by, or do we need to drive?" Max asked.  Will responded with a smile "It's about a 15 minute walk from here so it's nice and close by."  "That's great" Max grinned "Not a cloud in the sky today"

The two traveled through the streets looking at the scenery in aw.  Will fed some of the city pigeons some bread crumbs and Max looked around in order to snap some pictures while the skies were beautiful for he thought he wouldn't get such opportunity again.

After about 17 minutes, they were at the crammed, yet rather pretty forest.  It was very nice and calm as the wind gently blew on the trees.  The breeze also carried leaves across the land leaving a gentle atmosphere.

Shortly in their arrival, a clopping sound was being made.  An unidentified creature came out of nowhere.  It was small and appeared to have a flower on it's head.  It's fur was unusually pink with a gold tint separating the pink from the white fur on it's belly.  It stood there unaware of Will's and Max's presence as it grazed in the grass.

Max then caught a glimpse of the creature "Dude dude" he whispered "Do you see this?" His hands were fumbling the camera around as he dared not to look away from the strange creature.

Will took a glimpse and focused his eye on the creature "This isn't like any creature we've seen before" he whispered back.  Just then, the strange creature's ears then perked up and it started to run away.  "Quick, after it!" Will said as he started to chase after it closing the lid tight of the lunch basket.

Max quickly followed keeping his camera on his neck.  The ground was making little twitch sounds as the two were running on pine-needles and the sky was getting darker as they ran.  The creature eventually made it to some bushes where it just suddenly disappeared without leaving a trace.

Max fell down on all fours pounding the floor and started to pant heavily as he lost sight of the creature "Darn-it!" he cried between his pants.

"How was that even possible?" Will asked as he approached the bush slowly "That was no ordinary animal"  Max responded "It looked... kind of like a deer, But it wasn't" He said panting "I need some water now"

Will kneeled down to examine the bush.  It was a little pointy, but Will didn't mind.  He stuck his head in slowly after opening the bushes with his hands.  Soon, Will awkwardly fell almost as if there was a hole on the other side "WOA----" before the exclamation finished, the voice along with Will just disappeared not even leaving an echo.

"Will, WILLLLL!?" Maxes jaw went slack as he saw his friend disappear.  He slowly poked his hand where Will vanished.  Max's hand was then suddenly dragged into the void which took Max in as well.

Shortly after, Max found himself in a completely different area with his head impacted on the floor.  Will was already there scratching his head and squinting his eyes due to the impact he suffered.

"Oww, ow!  What just hit me?" Max moaned.  "I think the same thing that hit me" Will chuckled "You were always a step behind me"  Will then slowly opened his eyes.

The two ended up in a place known as the Pinwheel Forest though they did not know what it was called.  The season was currently Fall and the breeze continuously knocked out the dead leaves which piled on the floor.  They were at the bottom of a roaring waterfall. The sun was gradually setting giving a lovely, orange light across the fields.

They were many Pokemon there, unfortunately for Will he saw the bugs larger then normal size first.  A Yanma first which swooped right in front of him

"Woah!" Will exclaimed as the Yanma passed him.  The bit of fear he had was natural seeing these creatures for the first time.  There were other Pokemon as well all foreign to both Will and Max.  Even some of the plants were alive.  Though Will was startled, none of them were really hostile.

Max soon opened his eyes and started to panic a little.  The Yanma then swooped by him as well giving a loud screeching sound saying it's name "Yaaanma!" it said passing by Max. Max just took a couple steps back as he panicked.

They both calmed down eventually from the fright and started to admire the scenery in aw though their supplies were nowhere to be found.

Max seemed to take a bit more then a bump on the head during his landing.  His face was covered in mud and his hair had autumn leaves which were stuck in it.  Once he was done admiring the current scenery, he poked at Will giving a small frown in shame.

"Hey, I really need to wash off both the exhaustion and all this grub" he said stretching out his arms.  "Is nobody other then you watching so I can wash off in here?"  Will simply responded "Go ahead, I don't see anyone here right now.  But you will have to dry off naturally, I didn't bring any towels, oh, and make sure you get a weight for your cloths"

"A, weight?" Max asked as he striped down his boxers.  Will responded "You know, something like a rock or a tree branch so your cloths won't catch the wind and run off" he said as he yawned "I need to rest a bit, you go ahead and wash off"  Will then went and laid down on the leaves with his head strait up.

"Oh!" Max chuckled as he got a rock to place his cloths under.  He then slowly placed his feet into the streaming water.  "Oh, this feel refreshing" he laughed as he dove his foot in.  The nice, cool, relaxing stream quickly convinced Max to place his whole body within the river.

As Max went to the middle of the stream happily swimming, the same deer from earlier came out of the sunset, only this time it was a more maroon color.  It approached Will sniffing in it's direction.  Will was nearly half asleep to even notice.

The stream was very relaxing for Max as the roar was far enough to create a relaxing atmosphere.  However, Max's skin began to turn wrinkly and it was time for him to get out.  Max just made a sigh "damn... and it felt so good too" as he started to swim back to the shore.

The deerling approached Will and made a gentle lick on his face.  "Heh heh, that tickles Max" he said as he opened his eyes.  As Will opened them he noticed it was the deer they were chasing and draged himself away from it on the ground in a bit of a shock.  The deerling showed no hostility though.

"Aw, it looks like someone made a new friend" Max teased Will.  The deerling did not run but only watched the two nervously.  Will got up then kneeled to watch the deerling in fascination.

Just then, Max was having somewhat of a toothache as a small set of his back teeth grew sharper.  It wasn't so much of a change to really notice anything odd going on.

"Ow!" Max moaned a bit as he rubbed the jaw section of his mouth with his right hand for a little.

Will's nose tingled for a little bit.  He then felt as if he was about to let out a sneeze.  Will tilted his head away from the deerling and covered his mouth in an attempt not to scare it off "Ahhh.. Ah-CHOO!"  <Oh wow> Will thought to himself as his hair began to turn yellow and his hair strains began to shrink.  All the strains began merge into a single focal point and the hair took the form of a flower.  Will began to scratch his head "I think that whack on the head is still getting to me"

Max's skin started to feel a little dry as a yellow chest started to form.  It was very close to his skin color and blended in fairly well.  Max began to scratch his chest rather intensly for it was starting to itch "Oh crap, I hope there wasn't anything in that water" he started saying to himself as he continued to scratch relentlessly.  As he scratched, sudden pressure was applied directly on his forhead changing his skull structure and leaving a huge dent.  "AH!" Max exclaimed as he grabbed his chest with his left hand and his forehead with his right.

Will's nose began to tingle even more as his face began to stretch out.  His nose clustered together turning it small and black.  A small bit of white fur formed under the muzzle making it feel even more twitchy.  Will crossed his eyes in sight of the new muzzle as his vision started to get dim.  He closed his eyes and grabbed his nose with both hands.

Max's tailbone began to wiggle a little as a small, blue tail grew out of his body.  He was finding his legs to get stubbier and lifted them to examine the new tail.  "WIIIIILLLLLL!" Max shouted "I'm turning into a frea... Diii" his sentence was interrupted as his mouth stretched forward locking him into Poke-speak.  His nostrils widened into a snout like structure.

Will's vision slowly returned to him and was improved due to how his eyes got bigger. His ears felt as if they were being tugged as fur grew around them.  His ears then perked up and began to grow.  As they grew, they started to shape off long and pointy and his earlobes grew yellow fur.  He would soon feel pain on his back.

"Arrrrgggghhh!" Will said in a faint shout as he reached for his back.  He looked over at Max to notice the huge decrease of size and started to pant heavily in panic.

Max's body continued to shrink.  His arms started to get scaly and blue as they shrank with his body and his legs became even stubbier turning a little more scaly and blue in the process.  His tummy started to become a little round as blue scales grew from that area.  His tail grew out even further as well as his mouth sharpening his teeth in the process.

Max was finally able to look at Will as his jaw began to crack allowing him to open it wider "Tota tota ... DILE" <not you, TOO!> he said not realizing that he was talking in a different language.

As Will continued to pant, he felt himself falling forward and his arms extending out as the same white fur started to grow around them as well.  As he fell down, Will stopped himself with his hands to prevent himself falling flat on his body.  He tried to stretch out his fingers, however it became difficult as they got numb.  His fingernails began to turn black and started to feel thicker as his eyes were focused on the grass and his hands.  A small rip occurred from his tail-bone as a small, bushy tail came out of his pants.

Max's arms continued to get even scalier as he fingers start to shorten.  His fingernails then grew small claws appropriate to scratch light surfaces with ease.  Max's eyesight dimmed out as well as his eyes grew larger giving him more vision to his surroundings as well.  He took his tiny claws to look at them.  His jaw fully strengthened as Max opened his jaw as far as he could as his muzzle flatened into his new mouth.

Will's back let off a large crack as it restructured his bones locking Will into a four legged position.  His fingers merged together which formed a solid mass as his nails fully hardened and merged into two toed hooves.  Discomfort from the back soon occurred as his legs started to crack into an appropriate shape to stand on fours and Will could only imagine his feet met a similar fate to his hands.  He could felt his arms and legs get stronger and ready to run great distances.

Max's body was at an appropriate size now rounding off his stomach and his legs.  His toes soon merged together only leaving the pinkie, middle, and big toe as scales covered them as well.  Much like his hands, his feet also grew claws.  The scales finished covering the body and changes in his back structure cracked and aligned for his new body. Small, red spikes then grew out of his back and one out of his tail and a small water pump was placed inside his body to exhale a large pressure of water though it could only be used for a small water gun at the moment.

Will looked back to notice that he was at the same height of the deerling as he struggled to get one of his legs raised.  He grew Maroon fur over his head which gradually went down the rest of his back.  A gold line separated the white fur he grew with the new maroon color fur he had on his back and was completed with a couple of white furred spots on his new body.

Max headed to the river to see his reflection.  His jaw fell wide open as he saw the final changes of his tongue growing long and wide to fit his newly formed muzzle.

The deerling looked at will at began to blink for a little "Why hello there" she said. Apparently, the deerling was female.

Will just twitched his nose for a while and perked up his new ears in reaction to the new voice "He- hello?" Will asked hesitantly.  He was not use to the idea that he is now speaking in a different language.

The deerling just giggled at Will as she approached him.  She then gave him a small nuzzle on his nose "I think you're kind of cute."  Will could do nothing but try to keep himself from blushing.  "Ummm, I think you're kind of... pretty" He said knowing he would regret the words coming out of his mouth.

The deerling made a blush and started to run around Will in a playful manner.  Will just stared for a while as the Deerling ran around him, but shortly enough, he smiled and joined in.

As soon as Max was done splashing his own face with cool water he looked back at the deerling with Will and his jaw dropped once again at the sight of his friend.  He then apparoached both of them hopping around on his new feet.  "What's going on here?" He said waving his short arms around

The female deerling looked at the small totodile and smiled "This is your friend?" she asked Will.  Will approached Max and rubbed his nose on Max's head "I.. think so" he responded to the deerling.  The deerling smiled again "How bout you both come to my place and get yourself a place to rest?"  Max just interupted "Nooo, nooo, nooooo!" He said "We need to find a way back!"

The deerling just looked at the Totodile "Back?" She just looked around "I don't think there is a way to get back, and most certainly not looking like that.  You two scared me off enough to ever want to go back"

Will just looked around and saw the beauty of the forest around him as well as the deerling and took the offer seeing his situation.  Max being Will's friend could do nothing but follow him back.

So Will's and Max's life started a new.  The deerling led Will into a small field filled with other Pokemon where they could happily eat berries and go out to see new areas of the forest.  Max started to get use to the idea as he could always take a bath in the pond nearby.  No more polluted streets of Brooklyn, no more responsibilities and not even a trace of Will and Max's whereabouts.

Only the life as a Pokemon inside Pinwheel forest.
Thought I try a hand at some literature on my free time.

This is an RP inspired TF. I took the time to spell and grammer check as much as I can. This is definitely something opened to critiquing if you wish. Please help me out with my quotations, I kind of had a ruff time figuring them out as a child and it still gets confusing for me :worry:

Yes, I'm aware I submitted another type of deerling TF about like... 2 months back I think xD No, I don't just do Deerling TFs, it was just coincidence that I asked for a Deerling TF in an RP that had a plot that I found interesting to write about.

Enjoy
